This Halloween themed gaming and pop culture convention offers an exciting lineup of events ranging from vendors, organized and open gaming, a Murder Mystery Dinner, live music, BEX Game Show, a silent disco, and Halloween Party!
The getaway also includes activities such as laser tag, bowling, escape rooms, and a trip through one of the nation’s top rated haunted attractions Fright Nights WV! The Resort at Glade Springs is located in Daniels, WV – the heart of beautiful southern West Virginia.

We are excited to once again host a special Murder Mystery Dinner during GGG 2024! This year you’re all invited to the biggest wedding of the season. But the ceremony may not be the happiest day for one guest as they will meet their doom. Help us solve the case as you enjoy a delicious dinner prepared by The Resort at Glade Springs during this interactive event!
Unfortunately, this union will take quite a turn and not everyone will make it out alive. Interact and investigate to see if you can find the murderer!

Halloween Party
We’re keeping things fun and spooky all weekend long and it starts with our fun-filled Halloween Party on Friday night. This event is available to all Friday attendees at no additional cost. Enter our fully Halloween themed party area that will feature a costume contest, live music, cash bar, dance floor, and a Halloween inspired party playlist with plenty of spooky visuals! Please note that this is an adult focused event. No person under the age of 18 may enter the Halloween Party without their legal guardian who must accompany them at all times.
Resort Activities
What truly makes GGG special is our host resort and the activities they offer. Attendees have the ability to play laser tag, hit the lanes for a round of bowling, challenge themselves at one of the two escape rooms, play 9 holes of disc golf, and more!
Murder Mystery Dinner
Join us Saturday evening for one of the most exciting events of the weekend! Guests who attend our Fantasy Murder Mystery Dinner will be treated to a three course meal worthy of all the Paladins, Sorcerers, Wizards, Rogues, Clerics, and Barbarians out there. As the campaign is coming to a close, the party’s personal and character choices cause some tension. It looks like scheduling might not be the only campaign killer… Interact and investigate to see if you can find the murderer!
Fright Nights WV Haunted Attraction
A late October weekend getaway wouldn’t be complete without a few screams, right? Fright Nights WV is one of the region’s top rated haunted attractions and sits right here at The Resort at Glade Springs. Available both Friday and Saturday night, attendees won’t want to skip this terrorizing event!
Dragon’s Egg and Treasure Hunt
Don’t miss the excitement and fun of our Dragon’s Egg and Treasure Hunt! Attendees can search the convention halls throughout the day Saturday for treasure, clues, and dragon eggs that will ultimately lead to a grand prize!
Cosplay
Cosplay is encouraged for attendees looking to embody their favorite character for the weekend.
Dining & Nightlife
The Rotunda Bar will offer light fare and great drinks right in the center of the action all weekend long. Additionally, you can head over to Bunkers Sports Bar for delicious cuisine and drinks in a fun, inviting atmosphere that stays open late! Small Talk Café offers sandwiches, salads, and great coffee for guests looking for something quick. Finally, for those in the mood for something upscale, Glade’s Grill offers a fine dining experience you will remember for years to come.
Trunk or Treat
On Sunday, October 20th our vendor halls will double as a Trunk or Treat experience for kids! Bring your little ones in costume and as you browse the main vendor hall and art vendor room, each vendor will be loaded with treats to pass out to your trick or treaters!
Spa, Pool, Golf, & More
If you or someone in your group is looking to unwind a bit more, overnight guests can take advantage of the resort’s amenities such as Spa Orange, the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center. The golfer in your group can also enjoy a round on the renowned Cobb course or get loose on the driving range!
Bridge Day 2024
On Saturday morning, you will be holding your breath as you peer over the railing 876 feet to the river below on the only day it is legal to walk out onto the New River Gorge Bridge. Enjoy beautiful fall foliage and experience food, vendors, and excitement as over 300 BASE jumpers and many teams of rappelers and skydivers dare to jump and hang 876 feet above the whitewater of the New River, the oldest river in North America. Bridge Day is open 9am – 3pm. Shuttles leave Glade Springs at 8am & 11am then return at 12:30pm & 3:30pm. This offer is only available to guests staying at The Resort at Glade Springs.
